AVIAN Wins Prime Position with Department of Transportation

LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – AVIAN, LLC, a leader in strategic communications, has won a prime position on the Services for Technical Writing, Editorials, Presentations, and Communication (STEPC) BPA in support of the United States Department of Transportation (DOT).

 The new STEPC Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) has a 5-year ordering period with a ceiling value of $80 million and will provide services to all DOT agencies with sponsorship from the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA).

Under the BPA, AVIAN will provide the DOT recurring professional service needs in technical writing, editorials, presentations, and communication, which are the strengths of AVIAN’s Information and Multimedia Services (AIMS) team. Our AIMS team is a group of creative storytellers who can get the message or knowledge across effectively and efficiently. We specialize in creating engaging content, increasing internal motivation, and strategic external communications content.   

The current AVIAN AIMS team is comprised of two dozen specialists supporting more than fifteen unique customers and clients across the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
