Access to AVIAN's services can be achieved through a range of easy-to-use contract vehicles. These include Multiple Agency Contracts (MACs), General Services Administration (GSAs), and agency-specific Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQs).
SeaPort-NxG is the new Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services that include Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete for their service requirements amongst many SeaPort-NxG IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-NxG portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded, and managed using the SeaPort-NxG platform.
OASIS is the General Service Administration’s (GSA) most comprehensive and flexible Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for complex professional service requirements. The comprehensive scope of the OASIS contract spans six core service disciplines – Program Management, Management Consulting, Engineering, Scientific, Logistics, and Finance. It is organized around 28 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and six exceptions, which are allocated among seven NAICS code pools. Clients may issue a task order in the pool where the requirement best aligns to the NAICS code associated with that type of work.
The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is a long-term governmentwide contract providing federal, state, and local government buyers access to commercial products, services, and solutions at pre-negotiated pricing. The GSA Schedule is structured around the 12 large categories established by OMB and then further divides these into subcategories and Special Item Numbers (SINs) that align with NAICS codes to simplify matching buyers with sellers. AVIAN utilizes our GSA schedule to offer services in engineering, systems engineering and integration, engineering research and development, scientific management and solutions, educational support, workforce development and training, and administrative and management support. We offer these services under SINs 541330ENG, 541330EMI, 541420, 541715, 541380, 611710, 611430, 488190, and 541611.
